There are certain perks to working in an international office environment. Better coffee is one. A nice genetic mix is obviously another. And there's also the fact that it is always time to celebrate something in some country somewhere in Europe, and this means chocolate. Europeans love to celebrate with chocolate.
However, the ultimate boon of the Eurobeige computer prison is the following: some people are actually called Jesus. JESUS! I know it's not mature and it's not clever, but some part of me still delights in receiving an email signed "Best regards, Jesus". I love it.
Indeed yesterday I looked at my to-do list and noted with glee! GLEE! that no. 2 on my list was "Process travel request form for Jesus", followed by "(check name as per passport)".
Because Jesus' trip needs to be approved by his manager. And the name on his passport is different to that in his email address.
GLEEEEEEEE!
I am a moron.
